How do I become a teacher on Maltoverse?

You can apply to become a teacher through the app by navigating to Settings → Become a Teacher. Fill out the application form with your qualifications and subject expertise. Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days.

What is the platform commission for teachers?

Maltoverse charges a 45% commission per student payment transaction. The remaining 55% is transferred to the teacher's registered payout account after processing.

Is inappropriate content allowed on the platform?

Absolutely not. Maltoverse has a zero-tolerance policy for any adult, violent, or inappropriate content. Violations result in immediate permanent ban. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How do I get my certification?

Upon completing all required modules of a course and passing any assessments, your digital certificate is automatically generated and available in your Certification Vault within the app.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@maltoverse.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details.
