Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
General Rule
All purchases made on Matloverse are considered final.
Courses
Refunds are NOT available if:
- More than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- Any downloadable material has been downloaded.
- Course videos have been viewed beyond the preview section.
- Certificates have been issued.
- Course completion progress has been recorded.
Live Classes
Refunds are NOT available if:
- The student attended the live session.
- The student joined any portion of the live class.
- The class recording was accessed.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Special Conditions
Teacher Cancellation
If a teacher cancels a scheduled paid session and does not provide a replacement session, Matloverse may issue a full or partial refund.
Technical Failure
If Matloverse cannot deliver purchased content due to a verified platform-wide technical issue, Matloverse may issue a refund, replacement access, or account credit.
Fraud & Abuse
Matloverse reserves the right to deny refund requests involving abuse, repeated refund behavior, account misuse, or policy violations.
