Teacher Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status
Teachers are independent educators and are not employees, partners, or agents of Matloverse.

Teacher Share

Platform Commission
Payment processing fees, chargebacks, taxes, and applicable deductions may be deducted before payout where permitted.
3. Content Ownership & License
Teachers retain ownership of their original content.
By publishing content on Matloverse, teachers grant Matloverse a worldwide license to host, display, market, and distribute the content through the platform.
4. Prohibited Content
- Adult content
- Copyright-infringing content
- Illegal content
- Hate speech
- Fraudulent material
- Malware or harmful files
5. Payouts
Teachers may request withdrawals subject to:
- Identity verification
- Minimum payout threshold
- Compliance review
- Fraud prevention checks
Matloverse may delay payouts when investigating disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
6. Chargebacks & Termination
If a student's payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, or refunded, the corresponding teacher earnings may be reduced or recovered.
Matloverse may suspend or remove teachers who violate platform policies.
